Job Description


  • First point of contact and access, includes handling correspondences and phone calls

  • Managing personal commitments including payments, banking and finances 

  • Overseeing minor business-related finances, billing and invoicing 

  • Occasionally play a supportive role for staff in miscellaneous tasks 

  • Organizing events, travel or conferences as needs arise 

  • Managing and overseeing databases and filing systems, such as expenses 

  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, communication or presentations during meetings

  • Project management and ensuring reminders of important tasks and deadlines 

  • Implementing, maintaining and suggesting upgrades of procedures/administrative processes and systems

  • Single point of contact of managing diaries, organizing meetings or appointments and controlling access to the founder 




  • Experience of 3+ years as a personal assistant or similar position

  • Must be in Dubai

  • Must have great English language skills

  • Working knowledge of MS suite, digital conferencing and project management software

  • Demonstrate a positive outlook while interacting with all levels of staff

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with a particular emphasis on digital privacy
    and security

  • Strong sense of urgency when projects are assigned

  • Experience working with Executive/Senior leaders within the management team

  • Efficient, self-sufficient, independent thinker and accessible 24/7 to founder 

  • Able to connect the dots and implications of various decisions

  • Understands deadlines, timelines and is on top of administrative/tactical tasks

  • Professional and organized with the ability to multi-task 

  • Dynamic with high integrity and focus on relationship building

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal 

  • Available to travel overseas and on-site for events, conferences and meetings
